FAMILY: My parents are Nadine and Frederick Frye and Manny and Dominique Frye are my siblings.
PROFESSION: I am a college basketball player who aspires to be a pro someday.
HOBBIES: Fishing, working out, hanging out with friends and family and playing pickup basketball games with my friends.
WHAT IS A TALENT YOU HAVE FEW PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT:
I’m exceptionally good at catching M&M’s and Skittles from long distances with my mouth.
IF YOU HAD TO SPEND A YEAR ON A DESERTED ISLAND, WHAT ONE THING WOULD YOU TAKE ALONG: My cell phone. I’d use it to Google how to survive on a deserted island.
YOU’RE A MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR LOTTERY WINNER. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO: Tithe 10 percent of it to God. Give a certain percentage to my family and close friends. And then, I’d use the rest to invest in stocks, start my own business and purchase land. Once the money has accumulated like I wanted it to, I’d like to expand Houma Christian School and build them new athletic facilities.
WHO IS YOUR ROLE MODEL: My role model is Stephen Curry. He’s a man of God in the NBA, a family man and extremely skilled at his craft. He’s also probably one of the hardest workers in the NBA. You’ll never see him getting in trouble off the court. You can always count on him to be doing the right things.
IF YOU WERE A SUPERHERO, WHO WOULD YOU BE AND WHAT WOULD YOUR SUPER POWER BE: Superman, as well as all the power he has along with the ability to be invisible.
TV SHOW GUILTY PLEASURE: That’d be a show on BET called “The Game.”
PROUDEST MOMENT: After I graduated, I came back to Houma Christian and preached a message. It was my first one ever!
WHAT’S ON YOUR NIGHTSTAND: A lamp with the base being a
monkey sitting Indian style, while reading a book. I probably got it from a garage sale! With that is also my daily devotional and my iPhone charger..
HOW DO YOUR FRIENDS DESCRIBE YOU: They describe with me with nicknames such as “monk,” “hulk,” “muscle man,” “Nasty Nate” or “lil Caesar.”
DESCRIBE YOUR DREAM ADVENTURE: A road trip across the United States seeing its major landmarks like Niagara Falls, the Grand Canyon, the Statue of Liberty and everything else I’d love to see.
I WISH I COULD DO BETTER: I wish I could sing and play instruments better. My entire family can do these things well. Guess that gene skipped me!
DESCRIBE YOUR DREAM JOB: Playing for the NBA team of the state that I live in. Right now, I guess that’d be the New Orleans Pelicans.

A professional football or basketball player.
WHAT WAS YOUR BEST GIFT EVER?
The flat-screen TV and iPad my girlfriend got me for my birthday. It was really unexpected.
