Irvin J. Bouffanie, 85, a native and resident of Galliano, La., died on Monday, August 15, 2016.
Mr. Bouffanie was a Korean War Veteran and lifetime member of American Legion Post 315 and previous director of the Bayou Centroplex. He enjoyed going to the casino, calling bingo and joking with loved ones.
He is survived by his wife, Thelma T. Bouffanie; children, Darlene (Ward) Mayet, Paula (Daniel) Wallace, Mark (Vanessa) Bouffanie and Netty (Kenneth) Trahan; seven grandchildren and three step-grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren and seven step-great-grandchildren.
Burial is at St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery in Galliano.
