Although fun and festive, the holidays can leave anyone feeling sluggish and a bit over stuffed.

The New Year will be here and with that comes time for a reboot – on life, personal goals, stress-levels and overall health. To help kick start your fitness journey or to help take your fitness to new heights, TGMC’s Sports Performance Training Center designed a 6-week fitness program in a supportive, challenging, effective, group training setting.


Project Fit Boot Camp members can look forward to 18 training sessions with three 45-minute classes every week focusing on endurance building and strength-training. These personalized group-training sessions include high intensity workouts, baseline and post-camp measurements to gauge results, personalized attention from Sports Performance Training Center coaches, Patrick Labat, CSCS and Zack Hebert, CPT and nutritional guidance from TGMC dietitian, Michelle Briceno, RD, LDN. Participants also receive a free dri-fit t-shirt, exercise booklet and soft tissue ball.

Boot Camp is $160 for all 18 sessions. Classes are held during the evenings and run from Monday, January 8 – Tuesday, February 20.

The Sports Performance Training Center specializes in training all ages, especially student athletes seeking to meet their maximum potential in their sport.
