SPORTS PLAYED:


Tay is one of the top budding receivers on a Washington State University offense that likes to throw the hall around the held. He was a standout performer as a true freshman this past year, helping guide the Cougars to a bowl game.

STATS:

Tay caught 31 passes for 366 yards and six touchdowns last season for Washington State, with most of Ma damage dome in the final games of the season. He is expected to have a huge season in 2018 as a sophomore.

He had his biggest impacts in conference games. Martin figures to be a big factor this season.
