Rufus Freeman, 83, a native and resident of Houma, La., died on Sunday, January 29, 2017.
Mr. Freeman is survived by his wife of 58 years, Doris Richard Freeman; sons, Dean (Giseli) and Brian (Debbie) Freeman; brother, Earl (Mazie) Freeman; sister, Peggy Portier; 14 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Burial is at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2 in Houma.
