Susan Rollins Susan Picou Rollins. 66. a resident of Houma. passed away on Wednesday. February 7,2018
Mrs. Rollins is survived by her husband and soul mate of 46 years. Jack Rollins. Her daughter Christi Rollins Soileau of Houston, her husband Stephen and their children Austin and Meagan Soileau. Her son. William Rollins of New Orleans, his wife Miranda and their daughter Erzsebet. Her brother Norman “Boo” Picou. Jr.. sister Marlene Blake and brother Herbert Picou.
She was a mother and wife first but loved her work. She spent 20 years as administrative assistant at Saint Matthews Episcopal School in Houma. The children were her passion. After St Matthews, she opened a bridal gift and registry store. Long Shadow, another passion of hers. Last but not least, she was a wonderful homemaker. decorator and cook. Without the support of family and friends this journey would have been so much harder. Special love and gratitude goes to Beth Breaux. sister of Jack, who gave her untiring and total loving support to him thru this trying time. She is his angel from heaven.
