How do you plan to celebrate Mardi Gras 2016?

VICTORIA HAMBACK, Houma

I’m going to my fiance’s dad’s house on Park and have a good time. It’s fun and safe for the kids there.

DASHAWN BOLDEN, Houma

I plan on getting together with my family and livening things up. We lost a lot of people this past year and I just want everybody to be happy.

DIANNE MYLES, Houma

I go to the daytime parades only. I don’t stay out for the night parades.

RENEE BERTINOT, Houma

I’ll probably be working. There’s too many people at the parades, the crowd is a little too rowdy.

DUSTIN PELLEGRIN, Houma

I’ll be studying for the bar exam. Since mid-December, I’ve been studying eight hours a day.

TANYA BILLIOT, Houma

“I’ll be working during Mardi Gras. It usually gets busy before the parades and then a little bit afterward.
