Terrebonne General Medical Center has honored Andrea Gaudet as the Leader of the Quarter.
Gaudet started working at TGMC when she was a high school student and over the course of a now-20-year career, she has grown in her career and
is the hospital’s Pharmacy Director.
TGMC names its Leader of the Quarter to recognize outstanding team leaders. The recipients are those who demonstrate outstanding and consistent commitment to the well-being of hospital patients, their extended families and staff.
Gaudet earned her spot by being a dedicated tram member and leader. She consistently identifies ways to further improve pharmacy processes, ensuring efficient and accurate patient care, while also making thoughtful decisions. Gaudet’s peers say she is a true role model to the team with endless dedication and attention to detail.
“Healthcare can be very challenging and also rewarding at the same time,” she said “It is much easier to come to work every day and be an effective leader when you have an amazing team supporting you each step of the way. I love the people I work with and TGMC feels like a second home.”
