Lafourche projects likely on hold with mineral royalties down 35%
September 29, 2015Tillman “T-Man” Andrew Chauvin, 90, a native and resident of Houma, La., died at 3:30 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 21, 2015.
Mr. Chauvin was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion. He was a WWII veteran of the U.S. Marines and a recipient of the Purple Heart. He was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral.
Mr. Chauvin is survived by his wife, Shirley Dill Chauvin; son, Kerry (Debra) Chauvin; daughters, Pamela (Woody) Louviere and Deborah (Baylis) Bergeron; and six grandchildren.
Burial is at St. Francis No. 2 Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
