Tori Lyn Matthews, 37, a native of Thibodaux, La., died Saturday, Nov. 7, 2015.
Ms. Matthews was a baptized member of New Magnolia Baptist Church; and she completed her medical certification at Blue Cliff College.
Ms. Matthews is survived by her children, Xavier Matthews, Xion Stoves and Xaria Stoves; parents Thomas (Tricia) Matthews Jr. and Carolyn (Joseph) Simmons; brothers, Corey and Christian Matthews; godchild, Kristian Matthews; and a host other relatives.
