One suspect is in custody and two others are sought by Terrebonne Parish authorities after they allegedly beat a man and a woman with a baseball bat.

At around 9:30 p.m. on Saturday night, Terrebonne authorities were called to 101 Prosperity St. in Chauvin in reference to a domestic disturbance.

When on the scene, authorities made contact with the victims: a 33-year-old man and a 23-year-old female.

They told the deputy on the scene that they were attacked and beaten with a bat by three men.

The male victim said he was able to escape the scene and call the authorities. The female victim was trapped inside the residence and not able to leave.

Deputies made contact with the female upon arrival, and she was bleeding from her mouth.

She told authorities that the suspects were acquaintances, and she knew them all by name.

The incident occurred because of the theft of medication, according to police.

After investigation, authorities received warrants for Tracey Lirette, David Chauvin and Tracy Henry for their alleged role in the crime.

On Jan. 13, TPSO posted on social media a photo of Lirette, and an anonymous tipster called and said he could be found at 101 Prosperity St.

Deputies responded to the scene and placed him under arrest, charging him with aggravated second-degree battery, false imprisonment and obstruction of justice.

He is held in lieu of a $50,000 bond.

The other two suspects remain at large, and are wanted for false imprisonment and obstruction of justice.

Their full information is listed below:

-David Anthony Chauvin, 28, of 5256 Bayouside Drive, Chauvin

-Tracy Paul Henry, 43, of 1734 Acadian Drive, Houma
