TFAG to host 60th Annual Student Art Show

The Terrebonne Fine Arts Guild’s 60th Annual Student Art Show is coming from February 24-March 2, 2024! All local student artists are encouraged to apply for a chance to show off their work and win prizes.

Entry is free and open to all students, whether public, private, or homeschooled, in either Terrebonne or Lafourche Parishes. Categories for judging and display are 1st-4th grades, 5th-8th grades, and 9th-12th grades. Each grade level will have 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Honorable Mention Awards available.

Registration for the 2024 Student Art Show is Tuesday, February 20, 2024 from 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. and Wednesday, February 21, 2024 from 3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. Please register by visiting the Terrebonne Fine Arts Guild at 630 Belanger Street– parents/adults should accompany interested artists to help them fill out registration forms and ID tags for the artwork.

All art must be original and hand-produced. Paint-by-numbers, photos, computer images, copyrighted characters, etc. will not be accepted in the show. All media must be classic 2-dimensional paint, drawing, or multi-media collage.
