October 8, 2009Small business owners looking for help from federal and state programs are encouraged to attend an outreach conference at Nicholls State University next Friday.
Officials from the Small Business Administration, the Louisiana Economic Development and the state’s Small Business Development Centers will be on hand to discuss programs and top concerns for entrepreneurs. The event is set for Oct. 16 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Bollinger Student Union Cotillion Ballroom.
U.S. Sen. Mary Landrieu’s staff director and chief legal counsel Donald Cravins Jr. will also be at the session.
