Alton John Alleman

Alton John Alleman, 60, a resident of Houma, La., died Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012.

Mr. Alleman was a parishioner of St. Eloi Catholic Church and St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. He was a retired boat captain from Louisiana Land & Exploration.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Lynne Alleman; daughters, Shawn (Shawn) Smith and Bethany (Colby) Gentry; mother, Elda Alleman; sisters, Joann (Elton) Olivier, Valarie and Marylin (Glenn) Porche, Melva (Dale) Kelpsch, Ella (Bryan) Rhodes and Elda (Ernest) Glover; brothers, Clenese Jr. (Tami) and Gary (Annette) Alleman; and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clenese Alleman Sr.

Burial is at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2. (Chauvin)
