Ameless Martin Plaisance, 70, a native of Cutoff, La and a resident of Golden Meadow, La. died Sunday, May 27, 2007.
She is survived by her father, Hubert Martin; two daughter, Joyce Plaisance Christen and husband Billy and JoAnn Plaisance Naccio and husband Andrew; two sisters, Thelma Martin Aucoin and Barbara Martin Vizier; five grandchildren, Travis Christen, Jeremy Naccio, Robert Naccio, Amy Gonzalas, and Jamie Christen; and eight great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Irene Cheramie Martin; one son Lawrence Plaisance; and one brother John Martin.
Ameless was a devout Catholic and a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
She is buried at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Cemetery in Golden Meadow.
Falgout Funeral Home of Galliano is in charge of the arrangements.
