Bernice Jones Beasley, 78, a native and resident of Napoleonville, La., died at Thibodaux Regional Medical Center, Thursday, July 17.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Beasley Sr. of Bertrandville, La.; four daughters, Patricia B. Mills of Paincourtville, La., Althea B. Williams of Gueydan, Robin B. Sheffie of Napoleonville and Lesa B. Johnson of Flower Mound, Tx.; and four sons, Charles Jr., Stanford and Spencer Beasley of Bertrandville and Carl Beasley of Baton Rouge, La.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Olevia Dominique Jones; three sisters, Clara Condoll, Irma Knockum and Beulah Van Buren; six brothers, Nolan, Lloyd, Edward, Wortham, Ernest and Lawrence; and one daughter-in-law, Rosalee Beasley.
She was buried at St. Benedict the Moor Catholic Church Cemetery in Napoleonville.
Williams and Southall Funeral Home of Napoleonville is in charge of the arrangements.
