March 23, 2012Eugene “Gene” “Dick” Paul Trahan, 82, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Chauvin, La., died at 12:05 p.m. Monday, March 19, 2012.
Mr. Trahan was one of the original owners of Gino’s Restaurant. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and drinking with his buddies.
He is survived by his daughters, Robbie (Randy) Price, Kayla (Carl Sr.) Boudreaux and Carla Andreasen; son, Larry (Mary) Heason; seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Estelle Trahan; parents, John and Agnes Trahan; brothers, Lloyd and J.D. Trahan; and sisters, Malvin Trosclair and Mimmie Youngblood.
Burial was at Terrebonne Memorial Park Cemetery in Houma. (Samart)
