June 27, 2011Flora Harris Moore, 86, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Saturday, June 18, 2011.
Mrs. Moore was Baptist.
She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Moore; sons, Timothy (Natalie), Thomas (Carolyn), Bobby (Cheryl), Christopher, Oscar, Archie, Marvin (Gwendolyn) and Kirby (Deborah) Moore; sister, Susanna Lewis; 20 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Isaac Moore; parents, Aaron Sr. and Priscilla Harris; sons, Larry Sr. and Willie Moore; daughters, Mary and Brenda Moore; brothers Willie, Tommy, Aaron Jr. and Ethan Harris; and sisters, Elizabeth Jackson, Priscilla Wagner and Leona, Louise, Harriet and Elvira Harris.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, June 25, at Morning Star Baptist Church with a religious service to follow. Burial will be at Moses Baptist Church Cemetery No. 2. (Kennedy)
