Frazia Bouzigard, 79, a native of Golden Meadow, La., and a resident of Galliano, La., died Tuesday, Oct. 6, at 10:40 p.m.
She is survived by one son, Buddy Williams and wife Linda; one daughter, Charlotte Callais and husband Gary “Black”; two sisters, Jeanette Cheramie and Doris Cheramie; eight grandchildren, Gary Callais, Roddy Williams, Chad Callais, Brook Williams, Carlotta Williams, Sarah Williams, Brittany Williams and Cody Williams; three great-grandchildren, Courtney Callais, Haley Martin and Caine Martin; and one step-great-grandchild, Brody Griffin.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Justin and Viola Cheramie Bouzigard; two brothers, Justin Bouzigard Jr. and Douglas Bouzigard; and two sisters, Pearl Ledet and Ethel Verret.
She was Catholic. She was a waitress at Randolph’s Restaurant for 50 years.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 9, at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Church in Golden Meadow with mass to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off, La., is in charge of the arrangements.
