Hazel Trosclair Babin, 84, a native and resident of Raceland, La., died Thursday, June 19, 2014.
Mrs. Babin loved cooking, gardening and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Alcide Babin Jr.; son, Kenneth Sr. (Bettlyn) Babin; daughter, Debra Hernandez; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son, Terry Babin; brother, Gregory Trosclair; and sister, Lois Naquin.
Burial is at St. Mary Catholic Church Cemetery in Raceland. (Falgout)
