Iris Lorraine Ireland, 50, a resident of Franklin, La., and a native of Pineville, La., died Thursday, Oct. 8, at 10 p.m.
Iris is survived by her companion, Dennis Bledsoe of Franklin; two sons, Damon Ireland of Midwest City, Okla., and Darnell Ireland of Franklin; one daughter, Denalerie Ireland of Franklin; seven brothers, Gerald Ireland of Donaldsonville, La., James Ireland of Franklin, and Charles Ireland Jr., Nelson Ireland, Glenn Ireland, Peter Ireland and Kevin Lewis, all of Houston, Texas; four sisters, Edna M. Pouncy of Houston, Jacqulyn Duriso of Beaumont, Texas, and Robyn Cross and Aquanetta Ireland, both of Franklin.
The funeral was Saturday, Oct. 17, with interment at Franklin Cemetery.
Jones Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
