Houma museum takes flight with new display
April 22, 2010Katherine Use’ Bourgeois, 88, a native of Schriever, La. and a resident of Houston, Texas, died Tuesday, April 13, 2010.
She is survived by her daughter, Katherine (Clayton) Lovell; sons, George Jr. (Sherry), Leon (Nancy), David (JoEllen), Gerard (Susan) and Richard (Rebecca) Bourgeois; 14 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and sisters, Theresa Picou Ber and Rosemary Hoffmann.
She was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral.
Mrs. Bourgeois is buried at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral Cemetery in Thibodaux.
