Leroy Harding, 55, a native of Gray, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Sunday, August 7, 2011.
Mr. Harding was Baptist and a member of Eagle Wright Baptist Church. He was a captain with the Houma Fire Department.
He is survived by his wife, Musette Harding; mother, Elouise Harding; sons, Lenwick (Stephanie) and Aaron Harding, and Lennotch Taplett; daughters, Asanta (Steven) Green and LaDonna Hampton; brothers, Louis (Sandra), Elwood and Reginald Harding; sisters, Ethel Swan, and Aleeta and Danielle Harding; and nine grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Edgar Harding; and grandparents, Joseph and Beatrice Harding and Ernest and Nellie Harding.
He is buried at Halfway Cemetery. (Community)
