August 18, 2011Leroy Jackson Jr., 73, a resident of Jeanerette, La., died at 8:20 p.m. Sunday, August 7, 2011.
He is survived by his wife, Myrtle Reed Jackson; sons, Kevin Sr. (Rachel) and Leroy III (Luv) Jackson; daughters, Gracelyn (Daniel) Wesley Sr., Paula Ann Jackson, Ursula (Alfred) Sam Sr. and Kimberly (Carroll) Tillman Sr.; brothers, Cleveland Sr., Ernest Sr. and Melvin Jackson; sisters, Blanche Charles and Ida Swam; 27 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; three godchildren; and a host of relatives and friend.
He is buried at Sorrell Community Cemetery. (Jones)
