Houma museum takes flight with new display
April 22, 2010Lilah I. Tullous, 75, a native of Thibodaux, La., and resident of Grande Isle, La., died at 8:33 a.m. Saturday, April 10, 2010.
Known to those closest to her as “Maw Maw,” Mrs. Tullous enjoyed fishing and spending time on Grand Isle.
She is survived by her sons, Charles (Pam) and Richard (Lexi) Tullous III; daughters, Lilah Tullous, Janie Chiasson and Becky (Rudy) Bazare; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brother, Burr (Dee Dee) Ilgenfritz; and sisters, Jane (Warren) West and Betsy (Gary) Murphree.
