Louis “Nah’nee” Smith, 66, a native of Gibson, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Wednesday, April 14, 2010.
Mr. Smith was Baptist and a retired truck driver.
He is survived by his wife, Thelma Washington Smith; sons, Jarvis (Courtney) Washington and Cedric Smith; daughters, Dawn (Sherman) Lewis, Lorie and Lashanda Smith; brothers, Eugene and Edward (Mattie) Smith Jr.; and 10 grandchildren.
Mr. Smith is buried in Southdown Cemetery.
