Mark Anthony Chauvin, 53, a native and resident of Houma, La., died at 7:17 p.m. Tuesday, July 29.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy Robinson Chauvin; his mother, Dora Chauvin Zeller; one son, Brandon Chauvin; two daughters, Meagan Chauvin and Kristen Chauvin; one stepson, Tanner Freeman; two brothers, John Chauvin Jr. and wife Pam, and Mathew Chauvin; and two nephews, Toby Chauvin and wife Saidi, and Todd Chauvin.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Chauvin Sr.; and his stepfather, George Zeller.
He was employed with Gulf Stream Services and loved to fish and hunt.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, August 2, at Maria Immacolata Catholic Church with mass to follow.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
