Houma museum takes flight with new display

Mary Margaret Marcel, 62, a native of Houma, La., and a resident of Bayou Black, La., died Sunday, April 18, 2010 at 2:13 a.m.
Mrs. Marcel was a parishioner of St. Anthony Catholic Church. She enjoyed sewing and stitching.
She is survived by her husband, Larry Marcel; her mother, Rita Bergeron; son, Cory (Melissa) Marcel; daughters Kate (Gerard) Giroir and Kandy (Mickey) Adams; six grandchildren; brothers, George Jr. (Patricia) and Keith (Martha) Bergeron; sisters, Jeannie (Allen) LeCompte, Susan (Sterling) Martin, Angela (Earl) Bergeron and Lisa (Sterling) Savoie; and a host of family and friends.
Mrs. Marcel is buried at St. Anthony Church Cemetery in Bayou Black.
