Houma museum takes flight with new display
April 22, 2010Mathilda “Ma Til” Adams Matherne, 92, a native and resident of Larose, La., died Friday, April 9, 2010.
Mrs. Matherne was a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church and a member of the Ladies Altar Society.
She is survived by her son, Errol (Azalie) Matherne; daughter, Deanna (Russell) Allemand; sister, Emelda Dufrene; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She is buried at Holy Rosary Catholic Church Cemetery.
