Maya Alexis Smith, infant, a native and resident of Prairieville, La., died Wednesday, Oct. 14.
She is survived by her parents, Orlando “O.J.” and Jada Smith; and grandparents, Judy A. Thomas, Ulysses and Audrey Thomas, and Mr. and Mrs. William Smith Sr.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 20, at Southdown Cemetery.
Community Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
