Schools gamble for revenue share

August 18, 2011Nana Marcha Billingsley, 61, a native of Poplarville, Miss., and resident of Des Allemands, La., died at 5:38 p.m. Monday, August 8, 2011.
She is survived by her parents, Robert Sr. “Bob” and Laura Dufrene Owens; brothers, Darrell Billingsley, Robert Jr. and Scott Owens, and Kliner Matherne; and sisters, Christine Meyer and Karen Knight.
She was preceded in death by her aunt and uncle, Lucien and Agnes Matherne.
She is buried at Rogers Cemetery. (Samart)
