Nikkie N. Henry, 26, a native of Bossier City, La., and resident of Bayou L’Ourse, La., died Tuesday, August 9, 2011.


Mrs. Henry enjoyed being outdoors, being on the boat and going to the camp, and loved to cook and clean. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, but especially loved spending time with her daughter Kaitlynn and husband John.


She is survived by her husband, John Henry; daughter, Kaitlynn Henry; parents, Sandy and Johnny Fabre; sisters, Rene Wyatt and Lysa Fabre; brothers, Robert Wyatt and Johnny Fabre Jr.; Nanny, Tonika Cooper; sisters-in-law, Samantha Broussard, Angela and Crystal Henry, and Donna (Jude) Resignola; aunt, Kathy (Billy) Young; grandfather, Joseph McGee; 18 nieces and nephews; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; mother-in-law, Janet Henry; and many many dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Agnes Foret, Martha McGee and Gracie DeSotta; grandfather, Buddy Wyatt; her Nanny Nut, Patricia Ann Trosclair; great-grandparents, Maggie and Joseph Edward McGee, and Albert and Leola Anderson; and father-in-law, Adam Henry Jr.

She is buried at Morgan City Cemetery. (Twin City)
