Ray Defils Jr. age 37, a native of Detroit, Mich., and a resident of Franklin, La., died Sunday, Oct. 11, at 2:55 a.m.
Ray Defils Jr. leaves to cherish his memories his father, Ray E. Defils Sr. of Franklin; one son, Brandon Davis of Detroit; one daughter, Brittany Davis of Detroit; one stepbrother, James Spivey of Detroit; and three sisters, Dedra Defils and Christian Defils, both of New Iberia, La., and Stephanie Spivey of Detroit.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
The funeral was Saturday, Oct. 17, at Asbury United Methodist Church in Franklin.
Jones Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
