Roland Joseph Clement, 79, a native of Chauvin, La., and a resident of Montegut, La., died Saturday, November 29, at 11:46 a.m.
He is survived by his wife, Rita Pellegrin Clement; sons, Michael Clement, Randy Clement Sr. and Mickey Clement Sr. and wife Louella; daughters, Diana Ezell and husband Alton and Dale “Dee” Montgomery and fiancé Joseph Boudreaux Jr.; sister, Annie Trahan; 14 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Adrian and Matilda Scott Clement; sons, Dave and Errol Clement; daughters, Ramona and Norma Clement; brother, Raymond Clement; sisters, Albertina Benoit, Enola Domangue and Shirley Savoie; one grandson; and one great-grandson.
Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, December 1, and 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Tuesday, December 2, at Samart Funeral Home of Houma, La. The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church with burial to follow at the church cemetery.
