Sandra Ann Toups, 54, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Thursday, Oct. 15, at 9:40 p.m.
She is survived by her companion, Tommy Hebert; mother, Enola Theriot; three daughters, Ozzy, Tiffany and Angelle; one brother, Mike Toups; and seven grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Melvin J. Toups.
No services will be held.
Samart Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of the arrangements.
