Tyrone “T Diddy” Anderson, 36, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Saturday, Sept. 5.


He is survived by his parents, Janice Holmes of Thibodaux and James Anderson of Johnson Ridge, La.; two sons, Ryan Linscomb of Alexandria, La. and Taj Anderson of Alabama; one daughter, Shonquel Linsomb of Alexandria, La.; three brothers, Kevin Anderson and Don Cole of Thibodaux and Chris Holmes of Baton Rouge, La.; one sister, Esther Dapremont of Vacherie, La.; and grandparents, Alice Holmes and Mag Anderson of Thibodaux.


He was preceded in death by one brother, Dantrell Anderson; and grandparents, Bennie Bush, Corine Holmes, Mabel Washington and James Anderson Sr.

He was baptized at Moses Baptist Church. He was a member of the BBQ Club and a sponsor of the Independent Women Social Club. His hobbies included baseball, cooking, carpentry, playing pool and making people laugh.

Visitation will be 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, at Moses Baptist Church in Thibodaux with a religious service to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery.

Kennedy Funeral Home in Raceland, La., is in charge of the arrangements.
