Lillian Ann Duplantis, 77, a native of Sunnyvale, CA and resident of Houma, passed away on January 17, 2022.
Memorial visitation will be held Friday, February 11, 2022 from 5pm to 9pm at Victory of Houma Church.
She is survived by her children, David Paul Duplantis and wife Angela, Myrtha Duplantis Hash and companion Michael Kelley, Denis Paul Duplantis Jr. and wife Laurie; grandchildren, Alison Thompson and husband Jeremie, Jared Blanchard and wife Lisa, Erica Hansen and husband Jackie, Bridget Duplantis and fiancé William Chauvin, Trent Blanchard and wife Teresa, Lera Bonvillain and husband Reed, Christopher Duplantis, and Emily Duplantis and fiancé Thomas Toland; great grandchildren, Caroline Hansen, Cy Thompson, Jackie Hansen, McKenna Duplantis, Conner Thompson, Lainey Blanchard, Carl Hansen, Blair Blanchard, Everly Blanchard, Charlotte Chauvin, and Sadi Bonvillain; sister in law, Dean Lloyd; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Lera Lloyd; siblings, Rosalie, Richard, Arthur, Robert, and Harold Lloyd; father of her children, Denis Duplantis Sr.
Lillian was known for her kind and loving nature. She was involved in projects for the homeless veterans and made blankets and bible covers to give to people in assisted living homes. She was an avid fisher-woman, who also enjoyed crocheting and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who will be deeply missed.
