Linda “Lou” Marie Carlos, born November 18, 1944, a native and resident of Chauvin, Louisiana, passed away on January 15, 2022.
A visitation will be held in her honor on Wednesday the 19th, at St. Joeseph Catholic Church in Chauvin, from 9:30 am until the mass and service at 11am. The burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.
She is survived by her loving husband Ferrel P. Carlos; sons Bartholomew “B.J” Carlos, Laddie Carlos, Donny Carlos (Vera); daughters, Trudy Boudreaux (Don) and Vonnie Dee Carlos. As well as 15 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Wilson and Norita Price Trahan; brother, Eulan Trahan; great grandchildren, Maddox James Eschete and Kate Amèlie Lyons.
Linda “Lou” was an expert crafter who loved making dolls, quilts, and many other knick-knacks, she also loved her crossword puzzles and was an avid fan of the Saints and LSU, she never missed a game. She was an avid member of the Lions Club, the Ward 7 club, and the Woodmen of the World. She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
