In celebration of their official chartering, the Bayou Pearls, an official interest group of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., was recognized at the regular council meeting last night.

While there are still minor projects to be completed before the Plaza is officially finished, the construction fence has been removed and the public is encouraged to come check it out and take a downtown stroll!
