Sunrise Rotary Club of Houma launches bike drive

Dear Editor:

The Sunrise Rotary Club of Houma is holding a bike drive to benefit needy children. The bikes will be given away at Christmas.

We are requesting your help to make our effort a huge success. We are asking anyone with bicycles they no longer need to donate them to this worthy cause.

You can contact me and I will be happy to pick up the bikes or you can go to any branch of Coastal Bank or Synergy Bank and drop them off.

We are also accepting monetary donations for the purchase of new bikes.

Thank you in advance for sharing the joy of the season with underprivileged children in our area.
