David Paul Martin, 43, was arrested for Molestation of a Juvenile (4 counts) and Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile, in connection with the investigation.

Andrew Walton Moore, 34, was arrested for 2 counts of First-Degree Rape, in connection with the investigation.

Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Tim Soignet announced the completion of an extensive multijurisdictional operation, coined “Operation Cease the Fire”, which took place throughout several local jurisdictions.  The successful operation saw over 24 violators either arrested or cited, the recovery of 8 illegal firearms, and considerable amounts and forms of illegal narcotics were seized in connection with the operation.

Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Tim Soignet announced the recent arrest of a Houma man on charges in a sexually motivated domestic violence incident, after a victim came forward.  Andrew William Melancon, 34, now faces charges of First-Degree Rape and Domestic Abuse Battery by Strangulation, in connection with the investigation.
