Leadership Terrebonne presents “Rock Da Boot” community project, teaching locals students about coastal erosion

One Leadership Terrebonne group created the project "Rock Da Boot," with a mission to beautify the parish and educate young kids about coastal erosion in south Louisiana. The group visited several local schools, where each student was able to paint a rock, which were then brought to the new levee system in Cocodrie. Read more here.

Leadership Terrebonne group presents “Light Up Downtown Houma” community project, to bring light to the heart of the city

One Leadership Terrebonne group created the project "Light Up Downtown Houma," with the mission of flooding the heart of downtown with with light to help make community members feel safer and encourage them to come out for events-- with 12 foot tall inflatable LED lights! Read more here.
